Ambassador Elisabeth Jacobsen 02/04/2008 :: remote MPs, Government representatives, The Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of Strathmore University, faculty members, students, friends from Non semipolitical Organisations, ladies and gentlemen. First of all let me thank the attractorship of this esteemed university for being innovative and creative in launching a new Bachelor of Science in Leadership and supervising Programme. Having thought about it I realized that choosing a diplomatist to pull out some remarks on the importance of initiation and creativity is quite appropriate.
